NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY

Take NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY WEST, which turns into the GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY.

Take GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY to EXIT 17 – 168TH STREET. Stay on the service road, pass 164th Street, make the next left onto PARSONS BOULEVARD.

Take PARSONS BOULEVARD to HILLSIDE AVENUE.

Make a right onto HILLSIDE AVENUE. Go about five blocks and make a left onto SUTPHIN BOULEVARD. The office is on the right just past Supreme Queens Courthouse and across the street from the Civil Queens Courthouse. There are parking lots on the right side.

LONG ISLAND RAILROAD

Take the LIRR to JAMAICA STATION. Walk out of the train station and turn left onto SUTPHIN BOULEVARD. Walk two blocks. The office is on the left.
