![]() Founder and President Colleen West is the Founder and President of Enright Court Reporting, Inc. After returning to school at the age of 28, the newly-single mother of an infant and two year-old, began her career as a court reporter in 1989 and established Enright Court Reporting, Inc., in 1991. Through her vision and commitment, the agency has grown to a staff of more than thirty court reporters and is recognized as one of the most reliable, accurate, and professional agencies serving the Metro New York, Long Island, and White Plains areas. Colleen purchased a franchise for transcription services in 1998 and, under her leadership, the franchise transitioned to an alliance program, which now consists of 50 independently owned transcription companies throughout the nation. She is the sole owner of Enright Sten-Tel Transcription Services, Inc., a Web-based company providing transcription services to a broad range of professions, including hospitals and large medical practices, and is ranked among the top 3 out of the 50 Sten-Tel transcription companies nationwide. As a recognized business leader, Colleen sits on several advisory boards, including the Long Island Business Institute, as well as other civic organizations, such as the Sayville Chamber of Commerce and the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce. In addition, in January 2009, she began a 3-year term as the Chair of the Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy of Suffolk County, after having been a member of that Board for two years, and was their Dinner Gala Honoree in October 2009. Colleen was named "Woman of the Year 2009" by 5 Times Beacon Record Newspapers on Long Island, including the Port Times. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Bob Venero Children's Foundation, and volunteers her time to the Cody Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities at Stony Brook University and to Splashes of Hope. She has been featured on Cablevision's, "Women of the New Century", is a member of the Energeia Partnership - The Academy for Regional Stewardship at Molloy College, a 2-year program from which she graduated in January 2010. In addition, Colleen was honored in 2008 by the National Association of Women Business Owners, was named one of Long Island's 50 Most Influential Women by the Long Island Business News in 2008, was the Victim Information Bureau of Suffolk (VIBS) 2006 honoree, and received an honorary degree in 2009 from the Children's Center at UCP for her dedication to their Education Program. Colleen is a graduate of the Long Island Business Institute and the Dale Carnegie Institute, where she served as a Graduate Assistant. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, the National Association of Female Executives, the National Court Reporters. Association, the National Association of Legal Secretaries and Paralegals, the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists, the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance, the Long Island Healthcare Information Management Association, and the Health Information Management Association of New York City, Inc. She lives in Bayport with her husband and is the proud mother of two daughters. Anne Marie Caradonna Senior Vice President for Business Affairs and General Counsel Anne Marie has been practicing law since 1993 and joined Enright in 2007. Prior to that, and for more than a decade, Anne Marie was associated with and then counsel to General Counsel for a major supermarket chain, for which she drafted contracts and lease agreements and defended the company in litigated matters, including premises liability, discrimination, trucking violations, and automobile cases. Her focus since 1999 has been on appellate and dispositive motion practice, including Article 78 zoning matters. She has perfected appeals in the First, Second, and Third Departments of the Appellate Division of the State of New York and has argued matters involving Labor Law, premises liability, special duty, threshold, wrongful death and zoning. On the federal level, Anne Marie is admitted in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court. Additionally, she is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Women's Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York, the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the National Court Reporter's Association (NCRA), and the Executive Women's Golf Association. Anne Marie has volunteered her time by serving on the UCP of Suffolk Gala Committee and Golf Committee and on the Splashes of Hope Gala Committee. In addition, she was a member of the 2009 Alexander Hamilton Inns of Court. Anne Marie received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1993, where she was a student member of the Theodore Roosevelt Inns of Court. She also received her Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University, with Honors in English, where she worked as Assistant to University Counsel for four years and coordinated fundraising events through its Alumni College. |
