![]() Founder and President Beginning her career as a court reporter in 1989, Colleen provided court reporting services to the legal community for all types of legal matters and proceedings. Determined to provide the highest quality services, Colleen established Enright Court Reporting, Inc. in 1991. Through her vision and commitment, Colleen's agency has grown to staff over thirty court reporters and has been recognized as one of the most reliable, accurate, and professional agencies in New York serving the Metro New York, Long Island, and White Plains areas. To further enhance client service, Colleen purchased a franchise for transcription services in 1998. The franchise transitioned to an alliance program which now consists of 50 independently-owned transcription companies throughout the nation. Colleen is the sole owner of Enright Sten-Tel Transcription Services, Inc. Among the national Sten-Tel network, Enright Sten-Tel is ranked among the top three companies. Enright Sten-Tel is a web-based company that provides transcription services to a broad range of professions including, hospitals and large medical practices as well as her loyal legal clients. Through new technology, this service enables clients to obtain reports and other documents via the internet within 24 to 48 hours after dictating. This innovative technology is in compliance with the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and provides cost-effective document security. As a recognized business leader, she lends her experience to several advisory boards including the Long Island Business Institute, a proprietary college for professional business careers, as well as other civic organizations such as the Sayville Chamber of Commerce and the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce. Featured on Cablevision's, "Women of the New Century," Colleen sets an example for other women who are meeting daily business challenges. In addition, Colleen volunteers and supports several charitable organizations including United Cerebral Palsy of Suffolk County and the Bob Venero Children's Foundation, where she serves on their Board of Directors, respectively, the Cody Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities at Stony Brook University and 1 in 9: Long Island Breast Cancer Action Coalition. Colleen is a graduate of the Long Island Business Institute and has been the subject of several articles regarding women in business. She is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute and has served as a graduate assistant for them. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), the National Court Reporter's Association (NCRA), the National Association of Legal Secretaries and Paralegals and its Suffolk County Chapter, the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT), the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance (MTIA), the Long Island Healthcare Information Management Association (LIHIMA), and the Health Information Management Association of New York City, Inc.
Anne Marie Caradonna Senior Vice President for Business Affairs and General Counsel Anne Marie joins Enright Court Reporting as Senior Vice President for Business Affairs and General Counsel, with over fourteen years of experience in law. For more than a decade, Anne Marie was associated with and then counsel to General Counsel for a major supermarket chain, for which she drafted contracts and lease agreements and defended them in litigated matters including premises liability, discrimination, trucking violations, and automobile cases. More recently, her focus has been on appellate and dispositive motion practice, including Article 78 zoning matters. She has perfected appeals in the First, Second, and Third Departments of the Appellate Division of the State of New York and has argued matters involving Labor Law, premises liability, special duty, threshold, wrongful death and zoning. On the federal level, Anne Marie is admitted in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court. Additionally, she is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Women's Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York, the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and the Executive Women's Golf Association. Anne Marie received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1993 where she was a student member of the Theodore Roosevelt Inns of Court. She also received her Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University with Honors in English, where she worked as Assistant to University Counsel for four years and coordinated fundraising events through its Alumni College. |
