A career in transcription can be rewarding and provides flexibility for those individuals who prefer to be home based. Work is submitted electronically. All you need is access to the internet, a personal computer, a foot pedal and a headset (if preferred). It's that easy.

If you would like to consider becoming a medical transcriber, we urge you to attend a course on medical terminology. Most local community colleges offer this program inexpensively.
