Hauppauge, NY – January 22, 2009. The Board of Directors of United Cerebral Palsy of Association of Greater Suffolk, Inc., is proud to announce the election of Colleen West as Chair of its Board.

I have developed a friendship with many of the program participants and am proud to be able to raise awareness, increase visibility, and generate support for this amazing organization. I am humbled to accept the position of Board President and look forward to an exciting year as we advance the independence, productivity, and full citizenship of people with disabilities.”
Founder and president of Enright Court Reporting, Inc., and Enright Sten-Tel Transcription Services, Inc., Colleen is a respected business leader with extensive experience in the private sector. Colleen’s drive, vision and commitment have enabled the companies to grow to include over 30 court reporters, more than 100 experienced transcribers nationally, and be recognized as two of the most reliable, accurate and professional agencies in New York. In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Colleen serves on many not-for-profit committees and volunteers in her free time.
Colleen is a graduate of the Long Island Business Institute and the Dale Carnegie Institute. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), the National Court Reporter’s Association (NCRA), the National Association of Legal Secretaries and Paralegals and its Suffolk County Chapter, the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT), the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance (MTIA) and the Long Island Healthcare Information Management Association (LIHIMA).
Colleen has two adult daughters and lives in Bayport with her husband.
